Tokyo Hatsujyo Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 1924.
Have produced a portfolio of spring products that comply with JIS and ISO standards, in a way as to meet the needs of our customer base we have been developing springs of every variety, which has brought us a reputation for high quality all over the world. I have been a director of Tohatsu springs Manufacturing Corporation since June, 2012.
Since 2008 as director of the company I have experienced the long tunnel of the world economic crisis and aftermath of the Lehman shock.
When I consider that situation it made me keep asking myself, what is the raison d'etre of this company?
Fortunately, I came to believe it was a very good opportunity to forge a stronger company. In recent years, with the business environment rapidly changing, we are always reviewing established policy; we feel the need to change our policy with sensitivity, insight, decisiveness, and the ability to execute.
While gaining a larger world market share is one of the most important conditions for survival, we try to make bold new developments whilst striking a balance with risk. Therefore we intend to cooperate with domestic and overseas bases, and manage so as to promote a synergistic relationship. Thus, as manufacture the concept "craftsmanship=connection"
is important to us so foster an environment that dearly cherishes the relationships with our customers, and we will continue to be a company considerate to the environment.
